We regularly design made-to-measure furniture and special facilities for the Byblos, a luxury hotel situated in the heart of Saint Tropez. In the story of every project, there are always artistic, technical and commercial aspects and, above all, the will of the management to meet their clients’ expectations.

The challenge was to transform an estate agency into a delicatessen shop opening onto the restaurant terrace, as well as onto the Byblos arcade. A great variety of products would be presented in this limited space; organic food, all sorts of condiments and spices, delicatessen trade, prestigious wines and champagnes, dishes cooked by the chef and served in the restaurant, as well as cakes designed by the master confectioner and chocolate maker.

The requirements also included a large refrigerated showcase, storage areas, product specific displays, a reception area and a cash desk. We worked with the owner, the manager and the two chefs in order to meet all their expectations.

We designed perspectives thanks to multiple openings, worked on light in ceilings and furniture, designed made-to-measure light-coloured furniture (with mole and grey oak tints), which made the most of every square centimetre. This space has become welcoming and luminous and it greatly enhances the value of the wonderful products that have been selected.

Before leaving the hotel, clients buy presents for their friends or bring exclusive products back home; the inhabitants of Saint Tropez find dishes and exceptional products for their receptions or family meals and holidaymakers discover & treat themselves at this unique place.
